I was honored to speak at 5CC 2026 Madrid, Spain, where I presented my lecture:

“Exosomes: Shaping the Future of Regenerative Dermatology”

The presentation explored the rapidly evolving role of exosomes in regenerative and aesthetic dermatology, focusing on their biological mechanisms, potential clinical applications, current evidence, safety considerations, and the important gap between scientific promise and real-world clinical use.

Exosome-based therapies are attracting increasing attention for their potential roles in skin rejuvenation, hair restoration, wound healing, pigmentation disorders, and tissue regeneration. However, translating this promising science into responsible clinical practice requires careful evaluation of product characterization, manufacturing quality, treatment protocols, regulatory considerations, and long-term safety.

It was a pleasure to share these perspectives at 5CC Madrid and to contribute to the ongoing international discussion on how regenerative dermatology can move toward a more evidence-based, precise, and scientifically responsible future.
